1. Introduction.

VDOMN is a digital employment, recruitment, and professional networking platform intended to facilitate the discovery, communication, and exchange of information between job seekers, candidates, employers, recruiters, and other users in connection with genuine employment opportunities, recruitment activities, career development, professional networking, and related services.

VDOMN is primarily intended to function as a technology-enabled platform and a preliminary medium of contact and information exchange. VDOMN may provide technology-based tools and services that enable users to search for and discover job opportunities; create and manage professional profiles; create, upload, and maintain resumes and other professional information; apply for employment opportunities; discover employers, recruiters, and candidates; communicate with other users; participate in recruitment and selection processes; access career-related information and skill-development opportunities; receive job recommendations and matching services; use professional networking features; publish and manage job advertisements; search for and identify potential candidates; conduct recruitment, screening, interview, and related activities; access candidate or employment verification services; use artificial intelligence-assisted recruitment, matching, screening, recommendation, or other employment-related tools; and access other employment, recruitment, career, and professional networking services that may be made available on or through the VDOMN platform from time to time.

VDOMN may facilitate interactions and provide technology, information, tools, and services between users; however, unless expressly stated otherwise, VDOMN is not the employer, employee, recruiter, staffing agency, placement agency, contracting party, or representative of any user merely by virtue of providing access to the platform. The existence of a profile, job advertisement, application, communication, recommendation, match, verification result, or other information on the platform does not, by itself, constitute an offer of employment, an acceptance of employment, an employment relationship, a guarantee of recruitment, or a guarantee of any particular employment outcome.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, authenticity, and timely updating of the information, documents, credentials, job postings, resumes, profiles, communications, and other content that they submit, publish, upload, or otherwise make available through the platform. Users are also responsible for independently assessing the identity, credentials, qualifications, experience, suitability, legitimacy, and intentions of other users before entering into any employment, recruitment, financial, contractual, professional, or other relationship.

VDOMN may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, algorithms, matching technologies, verification mechanisms, and other technology-assisted processes to support recruitment, candidate discovery, recommendations, screening, ranking, communication, or related activities. Such technology-assisted outputs are intended to support users and may contain errors, omissions, limitations, or inaccuracies and should not be treated as a substitute for the user's own evaluation, verification, professional judgment, or decision-making.

While VDOMN may implement reasonable measures and provide certain verification or screening services where available, no verification, screening, matching, recommendation, profile, job advertisement, or other platform-generated or user-provided information should be interpreted as an absolute representation, certification, warranty, or guarantee of the identity, qualifications, conduct, suitability, authenticity, financial standing, employment history, intentions, or future performance of any user, employer, recruiter, candidate, or other third party, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by VDOMN.

VDOMN does not, unless expressly agreed otherwise, guarantee the availability, authenticity, accuracy, completeness, suitability, legality, quality, or continued existence of any job vacancy, candidate profile, employer profile, recruitment opportunity, communication, service, or other user-generated content. VDOMN also does not guarantee that any particular candidate will be selected, any particular applicant will obtain employment, any vacancy will be filled, or any recruitment or career-related transaction will be successfully completed.

Users should exercise appropriate caution and conduct their own due diligence before relying upon information obtained through the platform or entering into any employment, recruitment, financial, contractual, or other arrangement with another user or third party. Users should not make payments, disclose sensitive personal information, share authentication credentials, or otherwise act upon requests from other users without independently verifying the identity, legitimacy, and purpose of such requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VDOMN shall not be responsible for independent acts, omissions, representations, communications, transactions, employment decisions, recruitment decisions, disputes, misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct of users or third parties, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The services, features, tools, and functionalities offered by VDOMN may be modified, suspended, discontinued, expanded, restricted, or otherwise changed from time to time. The availability of any particular feature or service may depend upon the user's location, account type, eligibility, applicable law, technical availability, or other conditions specified by VDOMN.

By accessing or using VDOMN, users acknowledge that the platform is intended to facilitate employment, recruitment, professional networking, and related interactions and that users remain responsible for their own decisions, communications, representations, transactions, and relationships arising from or connected with their use of the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading; you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms; you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; you will not impersonate or falsely represent any person or entity; and if you are an employer or recruiter, you have the necessary authority to represent the organization, company, or business on whose behalf you create an account, post a job, or otherwise use the recruitment services. Users who have attained 18 years of age may register for an ordinary Candidate, Employer, Recruiter, or other applicable account, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

3.2 Users Aged 15–17 Years

VDOMN may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, permit persons between 15 and 17 years of age to create or use a limited account on the Platform. The primary purpose of such an account may include career exploration, understanding emerging employment opportunities, learning about industries and occupations, discovering skills and career pathways, understanding job-market trends, exploring education and training opportunities, and preparing for future employment. An account for a user aged 15–17 is not automatically an unrestricted employment or recruitment account. Access to employment-related features may be restricted, limited, or subject to additional terms, parental or legal-guardian consent, age identity verification, safety measures, and other requirements determined by VDOMN or applicable law. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as permitting a person under 18 years of age to undertake employment or engage in any activity that is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3.3 Prohibited Registration

You must not register for, access, or use the Platform if: you are below the minimum age permitted under these Terms or applicable law; you have previously been suspended, terminated, or permanently banned from using the Platform, unless VDOMN has expressly authorized your registration or return; you are impersonating or falsely representing another person, organization, or entity; you do not have the necessary authority to act on behalf of the person, organization, company, or business you represent; or your registration or use of the Platform would violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal requirement. VDOMN reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate an account where it reasonably believes that the eligibility requirements, age requirements, verification requirements, or other applicable conditions have not been satisfied.

4. Accuracy of Information:- Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account or using the Platform. This may include, where applicable, the user's name, date of birth, contact information, educational background, qualifications, skills, employment history, professional experience, certifications, licenses, profile information, and any other information submitted to VDOMN. Users must not knowingly provide or submit any false, inaccurate, misleading, forged, fabricated, fraudulent, or otherwise deceptive information. Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide remains accurate and up to date and for promptly correcting any material inaccuracies.

5. Candidate Accounts:- Candidates may create and maintain a professional profile containing information such as a professional summary, skills, education, employment history, professional experience, certifications, portfolio information, preferred job locations, career interests, salary expectations, and other relevant professional information. Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and currency of the information contained in their profiles. Candidates should promptly update their profiles whenever there is a material change to the information provided.

6. Resumes and Profiles:- Candidates may create, upload, store, and maintain resumes and other professional documents through VDOMN. By uploading or submitting a resume or other content, the Candidate represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and submit the information and materials contained therein. Candidates must not upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Platform: another person's resume or personal information without appropriate authorization; forged, fabricated, or fraudulent qualifications or credentials; fraudulent, altered, or counterfeit certificates, licenses, or other documents; stolen, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized personal information; malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material; unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content; or content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of any third party. VDOMN may remove, restrict, suspend, or refuse to process any resume, profile, document, or other content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any person or entity.

7. Job Listings:- Employers and recruiters may publish job listings on VDOMN, subject to these Terms and applicable law. VDOMN may provide tools that allow employers and recruiters to specify information such as the job title, job location, salary or compensation, required qualifications, experience, skills, working arrangement, employment type, application requirements, job description, and other relevant information. Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for ensuring that their job listings are accurate, complete, lawful, current, and not misleading, and that they have the necessary authority to advertise the relevant employment opportunity. VDOMN does not guarantee that any particular job listing is genuine, accurate, complete, suitable for a particular candidate, currently available, or ultimately offered or filled by the relevant employer. The publication of a job listing on VDOMN does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee by VDOMN of the employer, recruiter, vacancy, compensation, working conditions, or other information contained in the listing. VDOMN may, at its discretion, review, modify, restrict, suspend, or remove any job listing or related content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, platform policies, or the rights or interests of users or third parties.

8. Employer Responsibilities:- Employers and recruiters must provide accurate, complete, and current job-related information and maintain lawful, fair, and responsible recruitment practices. Employers and recruiters must comply with all applicable labour, employment, data protection, privacy, and other relevant laws and regulations. Employers and recruiters must respect candidate privacy and must not engage in discriminatory recruitment practices prohibited by applicable law. They must not publish fraudulent, fictitious, or misleading job listings; misrepresent salary, compensation, benefits, working conditions, job responsibilities, or employment terms; impersonate another company, organization, or individual; collect unnecessary or excessive candidate information; misuse, disclose, or otherwise improperly use candidate information; or use VDOMN for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, authenticity, and completeness of their job listings, recruitment activities, communications, and employment-related representations.

9.   Fraudulent Recruitment:- VDOMN prohibits fraudulent recruitment practices, fake job listings, employment scams, and other deceptive or unlawful recruitment activities. Users must not use VDOMN to: guarantee or falsely promise employment in exchange for money or any other unlawful consideration;  demand or collect unlawful recruitment, registration, placement, processing, or other fees; impersonate or falsely represent a company, organization, recruiter, employer, or other person; publish fake, fictitious, fraudulent, or misleading job vacancies; request or collect bank account details, payment-card information, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information without a legitimate and lawful purpose; request, collect, or misuse passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), authentication codes, or other account-security credentials; conduct or facilitate money-transfer, payment, investment, or other financial scams; recruit, solicit, or facilitate participation in illegal activities; or misrepresent or conceal material information relating to the job, employer, salary, compensation, working conditions, location, responsibilities, or other employment terms. VDOMN may investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive activity and may, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, listings, or access to the Platform. VDOMN may also take other appropriate measures, including reporting suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required or permitted by law.

10. Candidate Applications:- Candidates may apply for Job Listings through VDOMN or, where provided by the employer, through an external application process or third-party website designated by the employer. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, selection, employment, compensation, promotion, or any other employment-related outcome. Employers and recruiters are solely responsible for their recruitment, screening, interview, selection, hiring, compensation, and other employment-related decisions. VDOMN does not determine or guarantee whether a candidate will be contacted, interviewed, selected, hired, rejected, or otherwise considered by an employer or recruiter.

11. Employer Candidate Search:- VDOMN may provide employers and recruiters with candidate-search and candidate-discovery functionality. Employers and recruiters must use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment, employment, and related professional purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Employers and recruiters must not: sell, rent, license, or otherwise commercially exploit candidate information; distribute, publish, transfer, or provide access to candidate databases or candidate information to unauthorized third parties; use candidate information for unrelated marketing, advertising, solicitation, or other purposes without an appropriate lawful basis or authorization; harass, threaten, intimidate, or otherwise engage in inappropriate or abusive conduct toward candidates; discriminate against candidates on grounds prohibited by applicable law; contact candidates excessively, repeatedly, or in a manner that is intrusive, abusive, or inconsistent with the candidate's preferences or applicable law; use candidate information for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized purposes; or attempt to circumvent, disable, interfere with, or otherwise undermine VDOMN's safety, privacy, security, access-control, or other platform safeguards. Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that their use of candidate information complies with applicable privacy, data protection, employment, and other relevant laws and regulations.

12. AI and Automated Services:- VDOMN may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, and other automated technologies to provide or support services and features, including job recommendations, candidate matching, resume assistance, job-description assistance, candidate search, screening assistance, interview assistance, communication assistance, skills analysis, career recommendations, recruitment workflow automation, and other employment or recruitment-related functions. AI-generated, algorithmically generated, or automatically processed information, recommendations, analyses, or outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or other limitations. Users, employers, and recruiters should independently review and verify important information before relying upon or acting on any AI-generated or automated output. AI and automated tools are intended to assist users and employers and do not constitute professional, legal, employment, recruitment, or other expert advice. Such tools do not guarantee employment, candidate suitability, candidate selection, recruitment success, or any particular employment outcome.

13. Automated Recruitment Decisions:- Where VDOMN provides automated or AI-assisted recruitment tools, the employer or recruiter remains responsible for making employment-related decisions, including decisions concerning screening, interviewing, selection, hiring, rejection, compensation, or other employment matters, except to the extent otherwise required or restricted by applicable law. VDOMN's technology, algorithms, recommendations, scores, assessments, matches, or other automated outputs should not be interpreted as a guarantee or definitive determination that an applicant is suitable or unsuitable for employment. Employers and recruiters are responsible for ensuring that their use of VDOMN's automated recruitment or AI-assisted tools complies with applicable laws, regulations, employment requirements, privacy and data protection obligations, and applicable requirements relating to fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination.

14. Verification Services:- VDOMN may provide, facilitate, or integrate with third-party services for identity verification, education verification, employment verification, skills verification, certification verification, background verification, and other forms of verification, as may be available from time to time. Verification services may rely on information, records, databases, documents, or confirmations provided by users, educational institutions, employers, government authorities, authorized service providers, third-party databases, or other external sources. The availability, scope, accuracy, and reliability of verification services may therefore depend on the information and sources available to VDOMN or its verification partners. Completion of any verification process does not constitute an unconditional or absolute guarantee that all information provided by a user is accurate, complete, current, authentic, or free from fraud or misrepresentation. Users and employers should exercise appropriate judgment and, where necessary, conduct additional verification or due diligence before relying on verified information for employment, recruitment, contractual, or other decisions.

15. Identity Verification:- Where required or appropriate, VDOMN may request identity or age verification from users. Users must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and must not use, misrepresent, or impersonate another person's identity. Where VDOMN uses third-party identity or verification service providers, the applicable terms, conditions, privacy policies, and verification requirements of those providers may also apply.

16. Government and Third-Party Services:- VDOMN may integrate with or facilitate access to authorized third-party services for identity verification, document verification, education verification, payment processing, communication, analytics, recruitment, job distribution, and other Platform functions and services. The availability, functionality, accuracy, and continuity of such services may depend on third-party systems, infrastructure, databases, service providers, or other external factors. VDOMN may not be able to control or guarantee the continuous availability or performance of such third-party services.

17. Users Aged 15–17:- VDOMN may offer a dedicated Career Explorer service for users aged 15–17. The service may include emerging career information, information regarding future job-market trends and opportunities, skills and competency information, industry information, educational pathways, training and development opportunities, career guidance, general labour-market information, and other age-appropriate career and educational content. These accounts may be subject to additional restrictions, eligibility requirements, parental or guardian consent requirements, verification requirements, safety measures, and other conditions established by VDOMN or applicable law.

18. Protection of Users Under 18:- VDOMN shall implement additional safeguards for users under 18 years of age, to the extent required by applicable law and VDOMN's applicable Platform policies. Such safeguards may include restrictions or limitations relating to public profiles, recruiter access, direct messaging, sharing of contact information, location information, targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, job applications, access to unsuitable Job Listings, and other features or activities that may present safety or privacy risks to users under 18. VDOMN may further restrict, modify, suspend, or disable access to certain features for users under 18 where it considers such measures necessary or appropriate for safety, privacy, legal compliance, or Platform protection.

19. Parental or Legal Guardian Consent:- Where required by applicable law, VDOMN shall obtain verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian before processing the personal data of a child or minor. VDOMN may use appropriate age-verification, identity-verification, parental-consent, or other verification mechanisms to establish the identity and authority of a person providing such consent. No person may falsely represent themselves as a parent or lawful guardian or provide consent on behalf of a child or minor without the necessary legal authority to do so.

20. Adolescent Employment Restrictions:- Registration as a Career Explorer does not authorize or permit a user aged 15–17 to undertake any employment that is prohibited or restricted under applicable Indian law. VDOMN shall not knowingly facilitate or promote prohibited child labour or adolescent employment. Employers and recruiters remain solely responsible for ensuring that any employment, internship, apprenticeship, training, or other work opportunity involving an adolescent complies with all applicable laws, regulations, age restrictions, working-hour requirements, safety requirements, and other legal obligations.

21. Child Safety:- VDOMN strictly prohibits grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, inappropriate solicitation, abuse, exploitation, coercion, blackmail, requests for intimate or sexually explicit photographs or other material, inappropriate communication with minors, and any attempt to circumvent, disable, or evade child-safety measures or controls. VDOMN may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in suspected abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or other activities that may threaten the safety or well-being of children or minors, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate or required by law, VDOMN may report suspected illegal or harmful activity to relevant authorities or take other appropriate protective measures.

22. Advertising:- VDOMN may display advertisements, sponsored content, promotional materials, and other commercial communications on or through the Platform. Employers, advertisers, and other parties placing advertisements are responsible for ensuring that all advertising content and related information is accurate, lawful, transparent, and not misleading, and complies with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws and regulations. Advertising practices involving children or minors shall comply with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. VDOMN shall not knowingly permit targeted advertising directed at children where such advertising is prohibited by applicable law. VDOMN may review, restrict, modify, suspend, or remove advertisements or sponsored content that it reasonably believes violates applicable law, these Terms, Platform policies, or applicable advertising standards.

23. Payments and Subscriptions:- VDOMN may offer paid services, including employer subscriptions, recruitment packages, candidate-related services, advertising packages, premium professional services, verification services, and other paid features or services. Applicable prices, fees, subscription terms, billing periods, and other material payment conditions shall be displayed or otherwise made available to the user before the relevant purchase or subscription is completed. Applicable taxes, including goods and services taxes or other statutory charges, may be added to the displayed price or otherwise payable by the user, as required by applicable law. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for paying all applicable fees and charges associated with the services they purchase or subscribe to, subject to any applicable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided under these Terms or applicable law.

24. Refunds:- Refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the applicable service-specific refund policy and applicable Indian law. Where a service has been substantially consumed, utilized, or performed, eligibility for a refund may be restricted or excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any applicable refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant service and any mandatory rights available to users under applicable law.

25. Employer Verification:- VDOMN may verify employers before permitting them to publish Job Listings, access certain recruitment features, or contact candidates. Verification may include, where applicable, verification of company information, business registration details, authorized representative information, contact information, business email or domain information, and other information reasonably necessary to assess or establish the legitimacy of an employer or organization. Completion of an employer verification process does not constitute an endorsement, certification, accreditation, recommendation, or guarantee by VDOMN regarding the employer, its business, its representatives, its Job Listings, or its employment practices. VDOMN may require employers to provide additional information or documentation for verification and may suspend, restrict, or remove employer access where verification requirements are not satisfied or where information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable requirements.

26. Employer Branding:- Employers may create and maintain company pages containing information such as company descriptions, logos, photographs, Job Listings, career information, employee-related content, benefits, workplace information, and other professional or employment-related information.

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information, content, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided or published on their company pages are accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading, and that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and publish such materials. Employers must not publish content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights of any third party or that violates applicable law or these Terms.

27. Reviews and Ratings:- Where VDOMN provides review, rating, feedback, or similar features, users must submit information that is honest, genuine, lawful, and based on their actual experience or legitimate interaction with the relevant person, employer, organization, service, or other subject of the review. Users must not: submit fake, fabricated, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or ratings; manipulate, artificially increase, decrease, or otherwise distort ratings or review results; threaten, intimidate, harass, or coerce another user to provide, remove, or modify a review or rating; impersonate another person or falsely represent another person's experience; publish confidential, sensitive, or unauthorized personal information; publish defamatory, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise prohibited content; or offer or accept money, benefits, employment advantages, or other incentives in exchange for fraudulent or manipulated reviews or ratings. VDOMN may review, restrict, modify, or remove reviews, ratings, or related content that it reasonably believes violates these Terms, applicable law, Platform policies, or the rights of any person or entity.

28. Prohibited Activities:- Users must not: violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal requirement; hack, attempt to hack, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to VDOMN, its systems, networks, servers, accounts, or databases; bypass, disable, circumvent, or interfere with security, authentication, access-control, or other protective measures; scrape, harvest, copy, collect, or extract Platform data without express authorization from VDOMN; create, operate, or use fake, fraudulent, or misleading accounts; use bots, automated scripts, crawlers, or other automated systems without express authorization from VDOMN; interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or otherwise adversely affect the operation, security, or availability of the Platform; upload, transmit, distribute, or introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful software or material; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of any Platform component, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; harvest, collect, or misuse candidate or employer information; send spam, unsolicited communications, or other abusive or unauthorized messages; impersonate or falsely represent another person, organization, or entity; infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate the intellectual property or other rights of VDOMN or any third party; engage in fraud, deception, scams, or other unlawful activities; use VDOMN to facilitate unlawful recruitment, employment scams, or other prohibited activities; or otherwise misuse the Platform or use it in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

29. Data Scraping:- Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, copying, downloading, extraction, aggregation, or collection of candidate profiles, employer information, Job Listings, contact information, messages, Platform databases, or any other Platform data is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by VDOMN. Users must not use automated tools, scripts, bots, crawlers, data-mining techniques, or similar methods to access or collect Platform data without such authorization.

30. Intellectual Property:- VDOMN and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and its intellectual property, including, without limitation, software, source code, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, Platform interfaces, proprietary algorithms, artificial intelligence systems, documentation, content, and other proprietary materials. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no right, title, license, or interest in or to any VDOMN intellectual property is transferred or granted to users. Subject to these Terms, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

31. Trademarks:- “VDOMN” and its associated names, logos, designs, service marks, trademarks, and other branding elements may constitute trademarks or other intellectual property of VDOMN Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. Users must not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise exploit any VDOMN trademark, logo, trade name, or other branding element without the prior written permission of VDOMN, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

32. Third-Party Links and Services:- The VDOMN Platform may contain links, integrations, references, or access points to third-party websites, applications, products, services, or resources. VDOMN does not control third-party websites or services and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, products, services, or other activities. Users access and use third-party websites and services at their own discretion and risk. Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies, and other conditions of any third-party service before using or providing information to such service.

33. Platform Availability:- VDOMN aims to provide reliable and reasonably continuous access to its services but does not guarantee that the Platform or any particular feature, service, or functionality will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable, restricted, interrupted, or degraded due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, network or connectivity failures, third-party service failures, system updates, or other circumstances beyond VDOMN's reasonable control. VDOMN may also modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature or service from time to time where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, technical, or business reasons, subject to applicable law.

34. Account Suspension and Termination:- VDOMN may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate a user's account or access to all or part of the Platform where VDOMN reasonably believes that: the user has violated these Terms or applicable law; fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or other prohibited activity has occurred; the account or associated activity presents a security, privacy, or safety risk; the user has provided false, misleading, forged, or fraudulent information; the user has harassed, abused, threatened, or otherwise harmed another user; the account or Platform access is being used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; there are child-safety or minor-protection concerns; the user has attempted to circumvent Platform safeguards or security controls; or such action is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a lawful order, or a request from a competent authority. Where reasonably practicable and permitted by applicable law, VDOMN may provide notice regarding suspension or termination. However, VDOMN may take immediate action without prior notice where it reasonably considers such action necessary to protect users, the Platform, third parties, or VDOMN's systems, or to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or other serious harm.

35. Account Termination:- VDOMN may terminate, suspend, or restrict accounts in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Users may request closure or deletion of their accounts through the account-management process or other mechanisms made available by VDOMN. Account closure does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all information associated with the account. VDOMN may retain certain information where required by applicable law, legal or regulatory obligations, dispute resolution requirements, fraud prevention, security purposes, enforcement of these Terms, or where otherwise reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes, subject to applicable data-protection and privacy requirements.

36. 65. VDOMN Pay-Per-Result Recruitment & Refund Agrement

65.1 Purpose:- Under a pay-per-result recruitment model, the Client may pay VDOMN a recruitment fee upon achievement of a defined recruitment result. The applicable commercial terms must be agreed before the recruitment assignment begins.

65.2 Recruitment Assignment :- Each assignment should specify: Position/title; Number of vacancies; Required qualifications; Required skills; Location; Employment type; Expected salary/compensation; Recruitment fee; Result/outcome triggering payment; Applicable replacement period; Payment deadline; Candidate eligibility criteria; and Any exclusions or special conditions.

65.3 Definition of Recruitment Result :-  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a “Recruitment Result” may mean that: VDOMN introduces or sources a candidate; The Client selects the candidate; The candidate accepts the Client's offer; and The candidate commences employment or work. The specific event triggering payment shall be stated in the applicable order or recruitment proposal.

65.4 When the Fee Becomes Payable:- The recruitment fee becomes payable when the agreed result occurs. VDOMN may issue an invoice after the applicable result has been verified. The Client shall pay the invoice within the period specified in the applicable commercial terms.

65.5 Candidate Ownership / Introduction Period:- Where agreed, a candidate introduced by VDOMN may remain attributable to VDOMN for a specified period. If the Client subsequently hires the candidate during that period, the agreed recruitment fee may become payable even if the Client completes the hiring process independently. The applicable introduction period should be expressly stated in the relevant commercial agreement.

65.6 Candidate Replacement:- Where a candidate leaves employment within the agreed replacement period for a reason covered by the agreement, VDOMN may provide: A replacement candidate; Additional sourcing; Recruitment credits; or Another remedy specified in the agreement. A replacement is not automatically available where the employee leaves because of circumstances outside the agreed replacement conditions.

65.7 Situations Normally Excluded From Replacement :- Unless otherwise agreed, replacement obligations may not apply where employment ends because of: Redundancy; Business closure; Restructuring; Elimination of the position; Change in business requirements; Client misconduct; Material change in job duties; Material change in compensation or working conditions by the Client; Relocation imposed by the Client; Force majeure; or Other circumstances expressly excluded in the applicable agreement.

65.8 Refund of Recruitment Fees:- If a monetary refund is expressly provided under the applicable recruitment agreement, VDOMN will process the eligible refund after verification of the relevant event. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the primary remedy for an eligible early candidate departure may be a replacement recruitment service rather than a cash refund.

65.9 No Guarantee of Hiring :- Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, VDOMN does not guarantee that a Client will receive: A specific number of candidates; A specific number of interviews; A successful hire; Candidate acceptance; Candidate joining; or Candidate retention.

65.10 Client Responsibilities :-  The Client shall: Provide accurate vacancy information; Maintain lawful employment practices; Provide accurate compensation and job information; Communicate hiring decisions promptly; Attend or conduct interviews as agreed; Notify VDOMN of candidate selection; Notify VDOMN when a candidate joins; and Notify VDOMN when employment ends during an applicable replacement period.

65.11 Candidate Responsibilities:- Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied to VDOMN and the Client. VDOMN may use verification processes where available, but verification does not necessarily constitute a guarantee of the candidate's future conduct, performance, suitability, or continued employment.

65.12 Payment Disputes:- The Client should notify VDOMN promptly of any invoice or recruitment-fee dispute. The parties should attempt to resolve the dispute before initiating a payment reversal or chargeback, without limiting any rights available under applicable law.

65.13 Fraudulent Hiring Circumvention:- If a Client deliberately circumvents the VDOMN recruitment process after receiving a candidate introduction and subsequently hires that candidate during the applicable introduction period, the agreed recruitment fee may remain payable. This clause does not apply where the Client can demonstrate that the candidate was already independently known to or actively engaged with the Client before VDOMN's documented introduction, subject to the agreed terms.

65.14 Multiple Agencies:- Where the same candidate is introduced independently by multiple recruitment sources, VDOMN's entitlement to a recruitment fee will depend upon the agreed introduction and attribution rules. The Client should notify VDOMN promptly where duplicate candidate introductions occur.

65.15 Refund Processing:- Where a refund is approved, VDOMN will normally process it through the original payment mechanism where reasonably possible. Payment gateway and banking processing times may apply.

65.16 Taxes:- Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged and accounted for in accordance with applicable law. Refunds and tax adjustments will be processed as required by applicable tax law.

65.17 Confidentiality:- Commercial terms, candidate information, recruitment records, and other confidential information exchanged under the recruitment assignment shall be handled in accordance with the applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.

65.18 Termination:- Either party may terminate an ongoing recruitment assignment subject to the terms agreed for that assignment. Termination does not automatically cancel fees that have already become payable because an agreed recruitment result has  Occurred.

65.19 Governing Law:- This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws of India. The parties may specify the applicable courts, jurisdiction, or arbitration mechanism in the relevant commercial agreement.

65.20 Entire Agreement:- The applicable recruitment order, proposal, service agreement, or commercial schedule together with this Agreement constitutes the understanding between VDOMN and the Client regarding the relevant pay-per- result recruitment service. Where there is a conflict, the specific commercial agreement will prevail over the general platform refund policy to the extent legally permissible.

68.13. No Hiring Guarantee:-  Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, purchasing VDOMN services does not guarantee: A minimum number of applicants; Candidate selection; Interviews; Hiring; Candidate acceptance; Candidate joining; Employee retention; or Any particular recruitment outcome.

68.14. Specific Agreement Prevails:- Where an employer has entered into a separate written recruitment agreement, enterprise agreement, or outcome-based recruitment agreement with VDOMN, that agreement will govern refund matters for the relevant service to the extent of any inconsistency.

69.3. GST and Applicable Taxes:- VDOMN Solutions Private Limited will charge and account for Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) and other applicable taxes in accordance with Indian law. Where GST is applicable, the applicable GST amount may be added to the advertised price or separately identified on the invoice. The applicable GST rate may vary depending upon the nature and classification of the service and applicable law. Customers purchasing services for business purposes should provide accurate GST registration information where applicable.

69.4. GSTIN and Customer Information:- An employer or business customer requesting a tax invoice should provide accurate information, which may include: Legal business name; Registered address; GSTIN, where applicable; PAN, where applicable; Billing email address; and Other information reasonably required for invoicing. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to VDOMN is accurate. VDOMN will not be responsible for tax-credit or accounting issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

69.5 Tax Invoices:- Where applicable, VDOMN may issue an electronic or digital tax invoice after successful payment or in accordance with the applicable billing arrangement. An invoice may contain: VDOMN's legal name; GSTIN, where applicable; Invoice number; Invoice date; Customer details; Customer GSTIN, where applicable; Description of services; Quantity or applicable service units; Taxable value; Applicable GST; Total amount payable; and Other information required under applicable law. Customers should retain invoices for their accounting and tax records.

69.6. Incorrect Billing Information:- If a customer provides incorrect billing or GST information, the customer should notify VDOMN promptly. VDOMN may not be able to modify or reissue an invoice after the relevant tax or accounting period has closed or where such modification is not legally permissible. Any correction will be subject to applicable tax and accounting requirements.

69.7. Payment Methods:-  VDOMN may make available payment methods including: Credit cards; Debit cards; UPI; Net banking; Bank transfers; Wallets; Payment links; Corporate payment methods; and Other payment methods supported by VDOMN or its payment service providers. The payment methods available may vary by customer, location, service, transaction amount, or other circumstances.

68..8. Payment Gateway:- VDOMN may use third-party payment gateways and payment service providers to process transactions. Payment processing may therefore be subject to the terms, security procedures, and technical requirements of the relevant payment provider. VDOMN generally does not directly store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials where the payment is processed through an authorized third-party payment provider. Customers should never disclose their: OTP; UPI PIN; ATM PIN; Internet banking password; Card PIN; or Payment authentication credentials to VDOMN personnel or any person claiming to represent VDOMN.

69.9 Authorization of Payment :-  By submitting a payment, the customer represents that: The payment information supplied is accurate; The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method; The customer has authority to make the payment; The transaction is legitimate; and The customer has reviewed the applicable service and pricing information. VDOMN may suspend or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

69.10. Successful Payment:- A transaction will be considered successfully paid when VDOMN or its authorized payment provider receives confirmation that the applicable payment has been successfully processed. A bank debit or payment initiation does not necessarily mean that VDOMN has received a successful payment. Service activation may depend upon successful payment confirmation.

69.11. Failed Transactions:-   A payment may fail because of: Insufficient funds; Bank restrictions; Incorrect payment information; Payment gateway failure; UPI failure; Card issuer rejection; Network problems; Authentication failure; Transaction limits; Security checks; or Other technical or financial reasons. Where a payment fails, VDOMN may not activate the purchased service.

69.12. Amount Debited but Transaction Failed:- If a customer's bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment method has been debited but VDOMN shows the transaction as unsuccessful, the transaction may require reconciliation with the relevant payment provider. Where VDOMN does not receive the payment, the payment provider or banking system may automatically reverse the amount according to its applicable settlement and reversal process. If the amount is not automatically reversed within the applicable banking/payment-provider timeline, the customer may contact VDOMN with: Transaction ID; Payment reference number; Date and time; Amount; Payment method; and Relevant bank/payment confirmation. VDOMN may investigate the transaction with its payment provider.

69.13. Duplicate Payments:- If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment-processing error, VDOMN may verify the duplicate transaction and refund the additional amount through the applicable payment mechanism. Customers should provide the relevant transaction references when reporting duplicate payments.

69.14. Recurring Subscriptions:- Where VDOMN offers recurring subscriptions, the customer authorizes recurring billing according to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase. Recurring payments may continue until: The subscription is cancelled; The payment authorization is revoked; The subscription expires; VDOMN terminates the subscription; or Another applicable termination event occurs. Cancellation should be completed before the next applicable billing date to avoid a subsequent renewal charge, where technically possible.

69.15. Subscription Renewal:- Where a subscription automatically renews, VDOMN may charge the payment method associated with the account according to the applicable subscription terms. The customer is responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to update expired or invalid payment information may result in suspension or termination of paid services.

69.16. Failed Recurring Payment:-  If a recurring subscription payment fails, VDOMN may: Retry the payment; Notify the customer; Temporarily restrict paid functionality; Provide a payment grace period; Suspend the subscription; or Cancel the subscription. The applicable subscription terms may specify different procedures.

69.17. Refunds:- Refunds are governed primarily by the applicable VDOMN Refund & Cancellation Policy and relevant service-specific terms. A payment does not automatically become refundable merely because: The customer changes their mind; A job vacancy is closed; An employer decides not to hire; A candidate does not receive an interview; A candidate does not receive employment; The customer does not use all available features; or A customer stops using the Platform, unless the applicable service terms or law provide otherwise.

69.18. Refund Method:- Where a refund is approved, VDOMN will generally attempt to return the amount through the original payment method. Where the original payment method cannot reasonably receive the refund, VDOMN may use another legally permissible refund mechanism. Refund processing times may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution.

69.19. Partial Refunds:- Where only part of a purchased service remains unused or refundable, VDOMN may calculate a partial refund based on: Services already delivered; Services already consumed; Applicable taxes; Payment-processing charges where legally permissible; Third-party charges where applicable; and The applicable service agreement.

69.20. Platform Credits:-   Instead of a monetary refund, VDOMN may, where permitted by the applicable service terms, provide: Recruitment credits; Job-posting credits; Candidate-contact credits; Service credits; or Other Platform credits. The applicable credits may have an expiry date and usage restrictions. Promotional credits may have different conditions from purchased credits.

69.21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:- A “chargeback” means a payment reversal or payment dispute initiated through a bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution. Customers are encouraged to contact VDOMN first where they believe a transaction is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise disputed, so that VDOMN can investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising any legal or statutory right to dispute a transaction.

69.22. Chargeback Investigation:- Where a chargeback is initiated, VDOMN may provide relevant information to the payment provider, bank, card network, or other authorized institution, including: Transaction details; Invoice information; Payment confirmation; Account information; Service activation records; Service-usage records; Job posting records; Candidate-search records; Communications relevant to the transaction; and Refund or cancellation records. Such information may be provided solely for legitimate payment-dispute, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory, or financial purposes.

69.23. Unauthorized Transactions:- If a customer believes that a transaction was made without authorization, the customer should notify VDOMN as soon as reasonably possible and also contact the relevant bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment service provider where appropriate. VDOMN may investigate the transaction and may request reasonable information necessary to establish whether the transaction was authorized.

69.24. Fraudulent Transactions:-  VDOMN may suspend an account or transaction where there are reasonable indications of: Payment fraud; Stolen payment credentials; Unauthorized account access; Identity misuse; Fraudulent refund requests; Repeated abusive chargebacks; Artificial transactions; or Other financial misconduct. Any action will remain subject to applicable law and the customer's legal rights.

69.25. Payment Gateway Fees:- Payment-processing or gateway charges may apply to certain transactions. Where such charges are passed to customers, VDOMN will disclose them as required. Where a refund is approved, payment gateway or third-party processing charges may be treated in accordance with the applicable service terms and applicable law.

69.26. Bank Charges:-  VDOMN is generally not responsible for charges imposed independently by: Banks; Card issuers; Payment providers; Foreign exchange providers; or Other financial institutions. Where applicable, customers should review the terms of their own financial institution.

69.27. Currency:- Unless otherwise specified, VDOMN prices and transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Where international payments or other currencies are supported, currency conversion, foreign-exchange charges, taxes, or financial-institution fees may apply. The final amount received or charged by a customer's financial institution may differ because of exchange-rate movements or third-party charges.

69.28. Corporate and Enterprise Billing:- Enterprise or corporate customers may receive billing arrangements different from standard Platform purchases. These may include: Monthly invoicing; Quarterly invoicing; Annual invoicing; Credit periods; Purchase orders; Credit limits; Customized pricing; or Negotiated payment terms. The signed enterprise agreement or commercial order will govern where it differs from these general Payment Terms.

69.29. Credit Period:-  Where VDOMN expressly provides an approved credit period, the customer must pay invoices within the agreed period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in: Suspension of paid services; Restriction of account functionality; Cancellation of pending services; Recovery of outstanding amounts; or Other remedies permitted under the applicable agreement and law. Any interest, late-payment charge, or recovery cost will apply only where legally permissible and expressly agreed or otherwise authorized.

69.30. Non-Payment:- If an amount remains unpaid, VDOMN may suspend or restrict services after providing any notice required under applicable law or the relevant agreement. Suspension does not automatically extinguish the customer's outstanding payment obligations.

69.31. Taxes on Refunds and Adjustments:- Where a refund, cancellation, credit note, or billing adjustment is issued, VDOMN may make the corresponding tax and accounting adjustments required under applicable law. Customers should not independently assume that the original GST amount will always be refunded separately from the principal amount.

69.32. Promotional Pricing:- VDOMN may provide: Introductory pricing; Discounted plans; Promotional coupons; Free trials; Promotional credits; Employer offers; or Other limited-time pricing. Promotional offers may have specific eligibility, validity, renewal, and cancellation conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional discounts do not create a permanent entitlement to the discounted price.

69.33. Free Trials:- Where a free trial is offered, VDOMN may specify: Trial duration; Eligible users; Features available; Usage limits; Whether payment information is required; Whether the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription; and Cancellation requirements. These conditions will be displayed with the relevant offer.

69.34. Invoice Disputes:-  Customers should notify VDOMN promptly if they believe an invoice contains: An incorrect amount; Duplicate billing; Incorrect tax information; Incorrect service description; Incorrect customer information; or Another billing error. VDOMN may investigate and, where appropriate, issue a correction, credit note, revised invoice, or other appropriate remedy.

69.35. No Payment for Employment Access Unless Specified:- Basic access to employment opportunities may be offered without charge to candidates. Where VDOMN introduces an optional paid candidate service, the applicable price and service terms will be presented before payment. No candidate should be required to make an undisclosed payment merely to participate in an ordinary recruitment process.

69.36. Employer Recruitment Payments:- Employers may be required to pay fees for recruitment-related services according to the applicable pricing plan, subscription, service order, or Pay-per-Result Recruitment Agreement. Where payment is based on a recruitment outcome, the applicable agreement will define the event that triggers payment.

69.37. Payment Records:- VDOMN may maintain transaction, invoice, payment, refund, subscription, and service- usage records for legitimate business, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, regulatory, and dispute-resolution purposes. Such records will be handled in accordance with VDOMN's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

69.38. Third-Party Payment Services:- VDOMN may change or replace payment gateways or payment service providers from time to time. Changes to a payment provider do not affect completed transactions except where required for legitimate payment processing, refunds, reconciliation, compliance, or dispute resolution.

69.39. Security:- Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their VDOMN account and payment- related access. Customers should immediately notify VDOMN if they suspect: Unauthorized account access; Unauthorized payment activity; Compromised login credentials; or Other suspicious activity. VDOMN will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.

69.40. Amendments:- VDOMN may modify these Payment & Billing Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the Platform with the revised “Last Updated” date. Changes will generally apply to future transactions and services unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed.

69.41. Governing Law:- These Payment & Billing Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer, contractual, tax, payment, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

70. AI & Automated Recruitment Terms

These AI & Automated Recruitment Terms (“AI Terms”) govern the use of artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, automated processing, algorithmic matching, candidate recommendations, automated sourcing, screening, ranking, profiling, and other technology-assisted recruitment functionality provided by VDOMN Solutions Private Limited (“VDOMN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the VDOMN website, mobile applications, recruitment platform, APIs, and related services (“Platform”). These AI Terms form part of the VDOMN Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Employer Terms, Candidate Terms, and applicable recruitment or subscription agreements.

70.2. Nature of AI Assistance:- AI functionality is intended to assist users with recruitment-related activities. AI-generated results may be based on information available to VDOMN, including: Candidate profiles; Resumes; Skills; Qualifications; Work experience; Job descriptions; Job requirements; Candidate preferences; Employer requirements; Location preferences; Availability information; Application history; Platform activity; Candidate responses; Assessment information, where applicable; and Other information processed in accordance with the VDOMN Privacy Policy and applicable law. AI-generated results are not necessarily complete, accurate, current, or suitable for every recruitment situation.

70.3 AI Matching:- VDOMN may use automated matching technology to identify potential relationships between:

Candidate ↔ Job

Candidate ↔ Employer

Candidate ↔ Recruitment Requirement

The matching system may consider factors such as: Skills; Experience; Qualifications; Job requirements; Industry; Location; Work preferences; Availability; Compensation expectations; Employment type; Skills similarity; Candidate preferences; and Other relevant information. A match or match score is an algorithmic assessment and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of suitability, hiring, employment, interview selection, or candidate success.

70.4. Candidate Recommendations:- VDOMN may recommend candidates to employers based on information and criteria processed by the Platform. VDOMN may also recommend jobs or employers to candidates. Recommendations may change as: Candidate information changes; Job requirements change; New candidates register; New vacancies are posted; Candidate activity changes; Employer requirements change; or VDOMN improves or updates its matching technology. A recommendation does not mean that VDOMN guarantees the candidate's suitability or the employer's suitability.

70.5. Automated Candidate Sourcing:- VDOMN may provide AI-assisted candidate sourcing services that help employers discover potentially relevant candidates. The system may: Search candidate profiles; Identify profiles matching specified requirements; Generate candidate shortlists; Suggest potential candidates; Assist with candidate outreach; Prioritise potential candidates; and Automate portions of recruitment workflows. Candidate sourcing does not guarantee candidate availability, interest, response, interview participation, joining, or employment.

70.6. AI Screening:- VDOMN may provide automated or AI-assisted screening functionality. Screening may involve analysis of: Skills; Qualifications; Experience; Job-related responses; Resume information; Application responses; Assessments; Job requirements; and Other relevant recruitment information. AI screening is intended to assist employers and recruiters. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, VDOMN does not make the final hiring decision on behalf of an employer.

70.7. Human Decision-Making:- Employers remain responsible for their hiring decisions. An employer should independently evaluate candidates before making decisions regarding: Interview invitations; Rejection; Selection; Job offers; Compensation; Employment; Promotion; Termination; or Other employment-related matters. VDOMN's AI tools should not be treated as a substitute for appropriate human review.

70.8. Automated Decisions:- Where an AI-enabled feature contributes to an employment-related decision, the employer remains responsible for ensuring that its use of the feature complies with applicable law and its own employment policies. VDOMN may provide configuration options intended to support human review, where technically available. Where required by applicable law, VDOMN will implement appropriate mechanisms relating to notices, consent, user rights, review, correction, grievance handling, or other applicable requirements.

70.9. AI Does Not Guarantee Fairness or Accuracy:-  Although VDOMN may design and test its AI systems to improve consistency and usefulness, no automated system can guarantee: Perfect accuracy; Perfect matching; Complete candidate information; Error-free recommendations; Absence of bias; Absence of false positives; Absence of false negatives; or A particular recruitment outcome. AI results may sometimes be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate.

70.10. Data Quality:- The quality of AI-generated results may depend on the accuracy and completeness of information supplied by candidates, employers, recruiters, third-party providers, or other sources. VDOMN is not responsible for false, outdated, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by users or third parties, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law. Candidates and employers should keep their information accurate and current.

70.11. Candidate Profile Information:- A candidate may provide information such as: Name; Contact details; Location; Skills; Qualifications; Employment history; Resume; Certifications; Work preferences; Salary expectations; Job preferences; Languages; Availability; and Other professional information. VDOMN may use eligible information for matching, recommendations, search, sourcing, screening, and other recruitment- related purposes in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and consent/processing basis.

70.12. Employer Information:- Employers may provide: Company information; Job descriptions; Job requirements; Required skills; Experience requirements; Location; Salary or compensation information; Employment type; Working conditions; Recruitment preferences; and Other recruitment-related information. VDOMN may use this information to provide AI matching and recruitment services.

70.13. AI-Generated Content:- VDOMN may use AI to generate or assist with: Job descriptions; Candidate summaries; Candidate recommendations; Screening questions; Interview questions; Candidate communication; Recruitment reports; Skill summaries; Matching explanations; and Other recruitment-related content. AI-generated content should be reviewed before being relied upon for material decisions.

70.14. AI-Generated Candidate Summaries:- Where VDOMN generates a candidate summary, the summary is intended to assist the employer in understanding relevant information. A summary may contain errors or omit relevant information. Employers should review the candidate's underlying profile, resume, application information, and other relevant information before making recruitment decisions.

70.15. AI Interview and Screening Assistance:-  Where VDOMN provides AI-assisted interview or screening tools, the Platform may: Generate questions; Analyse responses; Identify job-related skills; Summarise responses; Highlight areas for further review; Generate structured interview notes; or Provide recruitment recommendations. Any AI-generated assessment should be treated as decision-support information rather than an absolute determination of candidate suitability.

70.16. Candidate Choice and Participation:- Where an AI-assisted feature materially affects how candidates are presented or recommended, VDOMN may provide appropriate information about the relevant feature through the Platform or applicable privacy notice. Candidates may choose whether to provide optional information where the Platform identifies that information as optional. Where processing requires consent under applicable law, VDOMN will seek the applicable consent.

70.17. Personal Data:- AI functionality may involve processing personal data. VDOMN will process personal data in accordance with: Applicable Indian data-protection law; The VDOMN Privacy Policy; Applicable consent or other lawful processing requirements; Contractual obligations; and Other applicable legal requirements. India's notified Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require notices to clearly identify the personal data involved and the purposes for processing.

70.18. Purpose Limitation:- VDOMN will use personal data for AI-enabled recruitment purposes only to the extent permitted by the applicable legal framework, the applicable privacy notice, consent or other lawful basis, and contractual arrangements. VDOMN will not represent that candidate data may be used for unlimited or unrelated AI purposes merely because the candidate has created an account.

70.19. AI Training:- VDOMN may use aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, or otherwise lawfully processed information for purposes such as: Improving matching algorithms; Improving search; Detecting errors; Improving recruitment workflows; Developing statistical models; Testing system performance; and Improving Platform functionality. VDOMN will not represent that identifiable candidate information may automatically be used to train general-purpose AI models without considering the applicable privacy notice, consent or other lawful basis, contractual commitments, and applicable law. Where a particular AI service involves a separate training or model-improvement use, VDOMN may provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.

70.20. Third-Party AI Providers:- VDOMN may use third-party technology providers, AI providers, cloud providers, analytics providers, verification providers, or other service providers to operate AI-enabled functionality. Where third-party processing of personal data occurs, VDOMN will manage such processing in accordance with applicable contractual, privacy, security, and legal requirements.

70.21. AI Provider Changes:- VDOMN may change, replace, or update the AI models, algorithms, technology providers, or technical architecture used by the Platform. Such changes may affect: Match results; Candidate recommendations; Search results; Screening results; AI-generated summaries; and Other AI-assisted functionality. VDOMN may make such changes as part of ordinary product development, security, performance improvement, or legal compliance.

70.22. Algorithmic Updates:-  VDOMN may periodically update its algorithms based on: New data; System performance; User feedback; Technical improvements; Recruitment-market changes; Security requirements; Legal requirements; or Other legitimate operational considerations. As a result, the same candidate and job may receive different matching or recommendation results at different times.

70.23. No Guaranteed Ranking:- A candidate's position in an AI-generated list or recommendation does not necessarily represent a permanent ranking of candidate quality. Similarly, a job's position in a candidate's recommendations does not necessarily represent a permanent ranking of job quality. AI-generated ordering may change based on the information and criteria used by the Platform.

70.24. Employer Responsibility:- Employers using VDOMN's AI tools are responsible for: Providing lawful recruitment criteria; Reviewing AI-generated recommendations; Avoiding unlawful discriminatory criteria; Making appropriate human decisions; Verifying relevant candidate information; Complying with applicable employment laws; Maintaining appropriate recruitment records; and Using candidate data only for lawful purposes. Employers must not use VDOMN AI tools to intentionally discriminate against candidates based on protected or otherwise legally restricted characteristics.

70.25. Prohibited AI Recruitment Uses:-  Users must not use VDOMN AI functionality to: Intentionally discriminate unlawfully; Infer sensitive personal characteristics for unlawful recruitment purposes; Create deceptive candidate profiles; Fabricate qualifications or employment history; Automatically reject candidates solely through prohibited criteria; Circumvent Platform safeguards; Manipulate candidate rankings; Conduct unlawful surveillance; Generate fraudulent recruitment communications; Impersonate candidates or employers; Make unlawful employment decisions; or Use AI-generated information for purposes unrelated to the permitted service.

70.26. Sensitive or High-Risk Information:- Users must not intentionally request or use AI systems to infer sensitive or protected characteristics of candidates for unlawful employment decisions. Where VDOMN restricts particular data fields or AI functions for legal, ethical, security, or risk-management reasons, users must not attempt to circumvent those restrictions.

70.27. AI Recommendations Are Not Professional Advice:- AI-generated recruitment recommendations are not: Legal advice; HR legal advice; Employment-law advice; Professional background-verification advice; Psychological assessment; Medical assessment; or A guarantee of candidate suitability. Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

70.28. Candidate Verification:- AI matching or screening does not itself constitute identity, qualification, employment, criminal, or background verification. Where VDOMN offers separate verification services, those services are governed by the applicable Verification Terms and may use separate verification providers or processes.

70.29. Fraud and Duplicate Detection:- VDOMN may use automated technologies to identify: Duplicate profiles; Suspicious activity; Potential fraudulent information; Abnormal account behaviour; Automated abuse; or Other security risks. Such systems may generate alerts or restrictions for further review. An automated flag does not necessarily establish that a user has engaged in wrongdoing.

70.30. Human Review of Automated Flags:- Where reasonably appropriate and technically available, VDOMN may conduct human review of significant automated flags or account restrictions. The availability and scope of human review may depend on the nature of the service, security requirements, applicable law, and technical circumstances.

70.31. Candidate Correction:- Candidates should review their profile and application information and correct inaccurate information through available Platform functionality. Where applicable law provides rights to correction, access, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, or other rights, VDOMN will provide the applicable mechanism in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

70.32. Withdrawal of Consent:- Where AI processing is based on consent, a user may withdraw consent through the mechanism made available by VDOMN, subject to applicable law and the consequences of withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent may affect the availability of particular Platform features. Withdrawal will not necessarily invalidate processing that was lawfully completed before withdrawal.

70.33. Data Retention:- VDOMN may retain information used in AI-enabled recruitment services for the periods and purposes described in the VDOMN Privacy Policy or otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Retention periods may depend upon: Legal requirements; Contractual requirements; Recruitment records; Security requirements; Dispute resolution; Accounting requirements; and Legitimate operational purposes.

70.34. AI Security:- VDOMN may implement technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information processed through AI-enabled services. However, no technology system can guarantee absolute security. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

70.35. AI Service Availability:- AI features may occasionally be: Unavailable; Delayed; Restricted; Modified; Temporarily suspended; or Discontinued. This may occur because of maintenance, security incidents, model updates, third-party provider issues, legal requirements, or other operational circumstances.

70.36. No Guarantee of Recruitment Outcome:-  Use of AI matching, sourcing, screening, recommendations, or automated recruitment tools does not guarantee: Candidate selection; Interview selection; Job offers; Employment; Candidate acceptance; Candidate joining; Employee performance; Employee retention; or Any particular recruitment result.

70.37. Employer Indemnification and Responsibility:- To the extent permitted by applicable law, an employer using VDOMN AI recruitment functionality remains responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information. An employer should not represent an AI recommendation as a fact unless the underlying information has been appropriately verified.

70.38. AI Transparency:-  VDOMN may provide information about AI-enabled features through: Product descriptions; Platform notices; Privacy notices; Candidate notices; Employer documentation; Help pages; or Other appropriate communications. The level of information provided may depend upon the specific AI functionality and applicable legal requirements.

70.39. Third-Party Content and Data:- AI systems may process information originating from users or third parties. VDOMN does not necessarily independently verify every piece of information used by an AI system. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it for employment or recruitment decisions.

70.40. Intellectual Property:- VDOMN retains rights in its proprietary AI systems, software, algorithms, models, interfaces, workflows, matching technology, databases, and related Platform technology, except for rights that belong to users or third parties under applicable law. Users receive only the rights necessary to use the relevant AI-enabled services.

70.41. Reverse Engineering and Model Extraction:-  Users must not, except where expressly permitted by law: Reverse engineer VDOMN's AI systems; Extract proprietary models; Attempt to obtain model parameters; Systematically scrape AI outputs; Circumvent usage limits; Reconstruct proprietary algorithms; or Use the Platform to develop a substantially competing system through unauthorized automated extraction.

70.42. AI Output Ownership:- Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, VDOMN may permit customers to use AI- generated recruitment outputs for their internal recruitment purposes. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable law and contractual obligations.

70.43. AI-Generated Communications:- Where AI assists in generating messages to candidates or employers, the account holder remains responsible for the communications sent through the Platform. Users must not use automated communication functionality to: Harass; Spam; Mislead; Impersonate; Make fraudulent claims; or Violate applicable communication or employment laws. VDOMN may impose reasonable messaging limits and safeguards.

70.44. Candidate Opt-Out or Preference Controls:-  Where technically available, VDOMN may provide candidates with controls relating to: Profile visibility; Employer discovery; Job recommendations; Candidate sourcing; Recruitment communications; and Other AI-enabled recruitment functionality. The available controls may vary depending on the Platform version and applicable service.

70.45. AI and Children / Minors:- VDOMN's recruitment services must be used in accordance with applicable age restrictions and child-data requirements. Where the Platform permits users below the age of majority for legally permitted employment-related purposes, additional safeguards may apply. AI functionality will not be used to bypass applicable legal protections relating to children or minors.

70.46. Changes to AI Terms:- VDOMN may update these AI Terms as AI technology, Platform functionality, applicable law, and business practices develop. 70.47. Conflict With Other VDOMN Terms:-  These AI Terms should be read together with: VDOMN Terms & Conditions; Privacy Policy; Candidate Terms; Employer Terms; Payment & Billing Terms; Refund & Cancellation Policy; Verification Terms; and Applicable recruitment or enterprise agreements. Where a specific agreement expressly governs a particular AI-enabled service, that agreement will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.

70.48. Governing Law:- These AI Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

71. VDOMN Verification Terms :-  These Verification Terms (“Verification Terms”) govern the identity, Aadhaar-based, education, employment, professional, document and other verification services provided or facilitated through the VDOMN platform (“VDOMN”, “Platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms apply to candidates, employees, employers, recruiters, recruitment agencies, staffing organisations and other users who request, provide, access or rely upon verification services through VDOMN. These Verification Terms form part of the VDOMN Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Candidate Terms, Employer Terms, AI & Automated Recruitment Terms and any applicable service agreement.

71.1. Purpose of Verification:- VDOMN may provide or facilitate verification services to help users establish or assess the authenticity or consistency of information relating to a candidate, employee, employer or other person. Verification may include: Identity verification; Aadhaar-based verification; Government-issued identity document verification; Address verification; Age or date-of-birth verification; Education and qualification verification; Academic certificate verification; Employment history verification; Previous employer verification; Professional qualification verification; Licence or certification verification; Reference verification; Document authenticity checks; Duplicate or fraud detection; Candidate profile verification; Employer/business verification; and Other verification services introduced by VDOMN. The availability of a particular verification service may depend on the user's location, the type of information available, the relevant issuing authority, third-party service providers and applicable law.

71.2. Verification Is Not a Guarantee:- A verification result is an assessment based on the information, documents, databases, responses or records available to VDOMN or its authorised verification partners at the time of verification. A verification result does not guarantee: That a candidate is suitable for a job; That a candidate will perform satisfactorily; That a candidate will remain employed; That information not examined during verification is accurate; That all information provided by a candidate is genuine; That a candidate has no undisclosed employment history; That a candidate has no undisclosed criminal, civil or regulatory matter; That an educational qualification guarantees professional competence; That an employer will hire a candidate; That a candidate will accept an employment offer; or That any employment relationship will be successful. Employers remain responsible for making their own recruitment and employment decisions.

71.3. Candidate Responsibility:- Candidates must provide accurate, complete and current information. A candidate must not: Submit another person's identity document; Provide false or misleading information; Alter, manipulate or fabricate certificates; Submit forged educational documents; Misrepresent employment history; Misrepresent job titles, salaries or employment dates; Impersonate another person; Attempt to circumvent verification; Provide documents belonging to another person; or Interfere with a verification process. VDOMN may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that verification information has been falsified or fraudulently provided.

71.4. Identity Verification:-  VDOMN may verify identity using one or more legally permissible methods, including: Government-issued identity documents; Passport; Driving licence; Voter identification documents; PAN or other permitted identification; Aadhaar-based verification where legally and technically available; Digital identity or document verification; Face or liveness verification where legally permissible; Document authenticity checks; or Verification through authorised third-party providers. The exact verification method may vary depending on the service selected. VDOMN may compare information such as name, date of birth, photograph, document number, document validity and other permitted attributes for verification purposes.

71.5. Aadhaar-Based Verification:- Where VDOMN offers Aadhaar-based verification, the process will be performed only through a legally permissible method and, where applicable, through an appropriately authorised or registered entity or service provider. Aadhaar authentication and offline verification are subject to the Aadhaar Act, applicable UIDAI regulations, directions, technical requirements and other applicable law. UIDAI's current materials specifically provide for consent requirements and distinguish different Aadhaar verification mechanisms. (UIDAI).  VDOMN may use an authorised Aadhaar ecosystem participant, verification provider, or other permitted service provider to facilitate the verification process. VDOMN does not represent that every VDOMN user, employer or recruiter is itself authorised to perform Aadhaar authentication.

71.6. Aadhaar Consent:- Where Aadhaar authentication or another Aadhaar verification process requires consent, the candidate or other Aadhaar number holder must provide the required consent before the applicable verification is performed. The consent process may include information concerning: The purpose of verification; The nature of information involved; The verification method; The information that may be returned or made available; The manner in which the information will be used; and Applicable alternative verification methods, where required. UIDAI's current compliance material states that consent should be obtained before collecting identity information for authentication and that the Aadhaar number holder should be informed regarding the nature and use of information. (UIDAI)

71.7. Aadhaar Number and Aadhaar Information:- VDOMN will handle Aadhaar-related information only for lawful and permitted purposes and subject to applicable Aadhaar requirements and data-protection obligations. Where technically and legally appropriate, VDOMN may use: Masked Aadhaar information; Virtual identifiers; Verification references; Authentication results; Limited identity attributes; or Other permitted representations instead of unnecessarily displaying or storing the full Aadhaar number. VDOMN will not represent an Aadhaar verification result as proof of any fact beyond the scope of the verification actually performed.

71.8. Alternative Identity Verification:- A candidate may be offered alternative identity verification methods where available and legally appropriate. Depending upon the applicable verification process, alternatives may include: Passport; Driving licence; Voter identification; PAN; Other government-issued documents; DigiLocker documents; Employer-issued documents; or Other legally permissible verification methods. Availability of an alternative method does not mean that every service can be completed without the originally requested verification.

71.9. Education Verification:-  VDOMN may verify educational information including: Institution name; Course or qualification; Degree, diploma or certificate; Registration or roll number; Year of completion; Grade, marks or percentage where permitted; Issuing institution; Document authenticity; Accreditation-related information where available; and Other relevant academic information. Education verification may be performed through: Educational institutions; Examination authorities; Government or authorised databases; Digilocker; API-based verification systems; Documents supplied by candidates; Authorised verification agencies; or Other legally permissible sources.

70.10. Digilocker Verification:- Where supported, VDOMN may facilitate verification through Digilocker or an authorised Digilocker integration. A candidate may be required to provide consent or authorisation to access or share a document. VDOMN may receive or process only the information required for the relevant verification purpose, subject to the applicable integration and legal requirements. VDOMN does not guarantee that every educational institution, certificate or document will be available through Digilocker. Digilocker documents are issued and managed within the Digilocker ecosystem by relevant issuers and are not independently reated or certified by VDOMN.

71.11. Employment Verification:-  VDOMN may verify a candidate's employment history, including where legally permissible: Employer name;  Job title; Employment start date; Employment end date; Employment status; Department; Location; Employment type; Relevant experience; Reference information; and Other employment-related information necessary for the verification. Employment verification may involve contacting previous employers or authorised representatives where appropriate.

71.12. Candidate Authorisation for Employment Verification:- Where employment verification requires contacting a previous employer, reference or other third party, VDOMN may obtain the candidate's authorisation where required. The candidate is responsible for providing accurate employer and reference information. VDOMN cannot guarantee that a previous employer or reference will respond to a verification request.

71.13. Salary and Compensation Verification:- Where expressly requested and legally permissible, VDOMN may facilitate verification of compensation-related information. Such verification may include: Salary; Compensation structure; Employment benefits; Pay period; or Other employment-related compensation information. Salary information will not be collected or disclosed merely because a candidate participates in VDOMN unless it is relevant to a permitted verification or recruitment purpose.

71.14. Professional Qualification Verification:- VDOMN may verify professional qualifications, registrations, licences and certifications where relevant to a job or recruitment process. Examples may include: Professional licences; Trade certifications; Skill certifications; Regulatory registrations; Industry certifications; and Other qualifications. The verification of a certificate does not guarantee that the candidate currently possesses the practical skills represented by that qualification.

71.15. Employer and Business Verification:- VDOMN may also verify employers, recruiters, businesses or organisations using information such as: Legal entity information; Company registration information; GST-related information where lawfully available; Business identity information; Contact information; Website information; Authorised representative information; and Other legally available business records. Employer verification does not constitute an endorsement by VDOMN.

71.16. Third-Party Verification Providers:-    VDOMN may engage authorised third-party service providers to perform or facilitate verification. Such providers may include: Identity verification providers; KYC service providers; Aadhaar ecosystem participants; Background verification agencies;  Educational verification providers; Employment verification agencies; Document verification providers; Fraud detection providers; Digital document platforms; and Technology infrastructure providers. Third-party providers may process information only to the extent necessary for the applicable service and subject to applicable contractual, security and legal requirements.

71.17. Verification Sources:- Verification information may originate from: The candidate; Employers; Previous employers; Educational institutions; Government authorities; Authorised databases; Digital document systems; Publicly available records; Verification agencies; or Other legally permissible sources. VDOMN may identify the general source or category of source where appropriate, but may not always be able to disclose confidential source information.

71.18. Verification Status:-  VDOMN may assign verification statuses such as: Verified; Partially Verified; Verification in Progress; Unable to Verify; Verification Failed; Information Mismatch; Document Unavailable; Expired Document; or Additional Information Required. The exact terminology may vary by verification service. A status of “Verified” means only that the relevant information passed the particular verification process applied. It does not mean that every aspect of the person's profile has been verified.

71.19. Information Mismatch:-     A mismatch may occur because of: Spelling differences; Name changes; Date-of-birth differences; Incorrect information; Outdated records; Different document formats; Employer record differences; Educational institution records; Technical limitations; or Other legitimate reasons. A mismatch will not automatically be treated as fraud. Where reasonably possible, VDOMN may allow the candidate to provide clarification or supporting documentation.

71.20. Failed Verification:-  Verification may fail because: The information is incorrect; A document is invalid; A document has expired; Records are unavailable; The issuing authority cannot confirm the information; A third party does not respond; Information does not match; The verification service is unavailable; Technical problems occur; The candidate does not provide required consent; The candidate does not provide required documentation; or The verification cannot legally or technically be completed. A failed verification does not automatically establish fraud, dishonesty or misconduct.

71.21. Candidate Opportunity to Correct Information:- Where appropriate, VDOMN may provide a candidate with an opportunity to: Review a verification result; Correct inaccurate information; Upload additional documents; Provide an explanation; Request re-verification; or Raise a dispute. The availability and procedure may vary according to the verification service.

71.22. Verification Disputes:- A candidate who believes a verification result is incorrect may contact VDOMN using the designated support channel. The request should include: Candidate name; Registered email or mobile number; Verification reference; Verification category; Relevant document or supporting information; and Explanation of the alleged error. VDOMN may investigate the matter and, where appropriate, request additional information from the relevant source or verification provider.

71.23. Employer Reliance:- Employers may use VDOMN verification information as one factor in their recruitment process. Employers must conduct their own assessment before: Interviewing; Selecting; Hiring; Promoting; Assigning responsibilities; Determining compensation; or Taking other employment-related decisions. Employers should not treat a VDOMN verification badge or result as an unconditional guarantee of a candidate's identity, qualifications, experience, skills, character or suitability.

71.24. No Employment Guarantee:- Verification does not guarantee: Employment; Interview selection; Job offers; Candidate acceptance; Salary; Promotion; Retention; Performance; Professional competence; or Any particular employment outcome. Similarly, the absence of a verification result does not necessarily mean that a candidate is unsuitable.

71.25. Verification and AI Systems:-  Where VDOMN's AI-powered recruitment systems use verification information, the information may be used for permitted purposes such as: Candidate matching; Profile completeness; Search filtering; Candidate recommendations; Fraud detection; Duplicate detection; Recruitment workflow assistance; and Other disclosed recruitment purposes. AI-generated recommendations or assessments do not replace the employer's responsibility to conduct appropriate human review. The VDOMN AI & Automated Recruitment Terms apply to applicable AI processing.

71.26. Data Protection and Verification Information:- Verification may involve processing personal information and, depending upon the service, identity documents, educational information, employment information and other personal data. VDOMN will process such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. VDOMN's verification notices should identify, where applicable: What information is collected; Why it is collected; How it is used; Whether third parties are involved; How long it may be retained; How applicable rights may be exercised; and How consent may be withdrawn where consent is the applicable legal basis.

71.27. Consent:- Where consent is required for a verification activity, VDOMN or its authorised verification provider will seek the applicable consent before conducting that activity. Consent may be requested separately for: Identity verification; Aadhaar verification; Document verification; Education verification; Employment verification; Reference checks; or Other verification services. Withdrawal of consent may affect VDOMN's ability to complete the requested verification service. Withdrawal does not necessarily invalidate processing that was lawfully completed before withdrawal.

71.28. Verification of Minors:- Where a verification service involves a person below the applicable age of majority or a child, VDOMN may apply additional safeguards and may require parent or legal guardian involvement where required by applicable law. Aadhaar-related verification involving children will be handled in accordance with applicable UIDAI requirements.

71.29. Sensitive Information:- Users should not provide information that is unnecessary for the requested verification. VDOMN may restrict the collection or display of information that is not required for the relevant verification purpose. Where particularly sensitive information is required for a lawful verification process, VDOMN may apply additional access, security and disclosure controls.

71.30. Disclosure to Employers:-  A verification result may be made available to an employer where: The candidate has requested or authorised the relevant verification; The disclosure is otherwise legally permitted; The employer has a legitimate recruitment-related purpose; or Disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law. VDOMN may provide a verification result or limited verification attributes rather than providing the complete underlying documents.

71.31. No Unrestricted Document Access:- An employer is not automatically entitled to access every document submitted by a candidate merely because the candidate has completed verification. VDOMN may determine what information is displayed based on: Candidate permissions; Verification purpose; Privacy requirements; Employer requirements; Applicable law; Contractual arrangements; and Security considerations.

71.32. Retention of Verification Information:-  VDOMN may retain verification records for as long as reasonably necessary for: Providing the verification service; Maintaining account records; Preventing fraud; Resolving disputes; Meeting legal obligations; Demonstrating compliance; Maintaining audit records; or Other disclosed and lawful purposes. Retention periods may differ between verification categories. Where information is no longer required, VDOMN may delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

71.33. Security:- VDOMN will implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect verification information against: Unauthorised access; Unauthorised disclosure; Loss; Destruction; Alteration; Misuse; and Unauthorised processing. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

71.34. Verification Fees:- Some verification services may be: Free; Included within a subscription; Included within a recruitment package; Charged per verification; Charged through credits; or Charged according to an enterprise agreement. Applicable fees will be displayed before a paid verification service is initiated, where reasonably practicable. Refunds for verification services are governed by the applicable VDOMN Refund Terms.

71.35. Third-Party Service Failure:-  VDOMN may be unable to complete a verification because of: Government system downtime; Educational institution system downtime; Employer non-response; Third-party provider failure; API failure; Network failure; Database unavailability; Technical maintenance; or Other circumstances outside VDOMN's reasonable control. Where appropriate, VDOMN may retry, provide an alternative verification method or mark the verification as incomplete.

71.36. Fraud Prevention:-  VDOMN may use verification information to identify potential: Identity fraud; Document fraud; Profile duplication; Impersonation; False employment claims; False qualification claims; Automated abuse; or Other misuse of the Platform. A fraud-related flag is an indication requiring appropriate review and does not automatically establish wrongdoing.

71.37. Employer Responsibilities:- Employers using VDOMN verification services must: Use verification information only for lawful purposes; Maintain appropriate confidentiality; Avoid discriminatory or unlawful recruitment practices; Not misuse candidate documents; Not share verification information with unauthorised persons; Not retain information longer than permitted or necessary; and Comply with applicable employment and data-protection laws.

71.38. Candidate Responsibilities:-  Candidates must: Provide authentic information; Provide documents belonging to them; Maintain accurate profile information; Cooperate with legitimate verification procedures; Provide required consent where applicable; Notify VDOMN of material errors; and Not attempt to manipulate verification results.

71.39. No Background Check Guarantee:-  Unless a particular background-check service is expressly included, VDOMN verification does not necessarily include: Criminal-record checks; Court-record checks; Credit checks; Sanctions screening; Police verification; Global watchlist screening; or Any other specialised background investigation. Such checks, if offered, will be subject to separate terms and applicable law.

71.40. Limitation of Verification Results:- Verification results depend upon the accuracy, availability and completeness of the underlying information. VDOMN is not responsible for inaccuracies originating from: Government records; Educational institutions; Previous employers; Candidates; Third-party verification providers; Public databases; or Other external sources, except to the extent caused by VDOMN's own failure to comply with its applicable obligations.

71.41. No Endorsement:-   A “Verified” badge, verification mark, verification status or similar indicator does not constitute: An endorsement; A recommendation; A guarantee; A certification of professional competence; A guarantee of character; or A promise of employment. It indicates only that the specified verification process has been completed according to the applicable verification criteria.

71.42. Changes to Verification Methods:- VDOMN may change, replace, add or discontinue verification methods because of: Technology changes; Changes in third-party providers; Government requirements; Changes in verification databases; Security considerations; Regulatory requirements; or Changes in VDOMN services. Where a material change affects users, VDOMN may provide an appropriate notice where required.

71.43. Legal Compliance:- All verification services are intended to operate subject to applicable Indian laws, regulations, governmental requirements, contractual restrictions and platform policies. For Aadhaar-related services, VDOMN will use applicable Aadhaar authentication/offline-verification mechanisms only through legally permissible arrangements and applicable UIDAI requirements. UIDAI maintains current regulations and onboarding/compliance materials for Aadhaar ecosystem participants. (UIDAI) . For digital educational documents, VDOMN may use authorised Digilocker/ API-based mechanisms where available and applicable. (Digilocker)

71.44. Relationship With Other VDOMN Policies:- These Verification Terms should be read together with: VDOMN Terms & Conditions; VDOMN Candidate Terms; VDOMN Employer Terms; VDOMN Privacy Policy; VDOMN Payment & Billing Terms; VDOMN Refund & Cancellation Terms; VDOMN AI & Automated Recruitment Terms; and Any applicable service-specific agreement. If a specific verification agreement contains different terms, the specific agreement will govern the relevant verification service to the extent of any inconsistency.

71.45. Suspension or Termination:-  VDOMN may suspend or terminate verification access where it reasonably believes that a user: Has submitted fraudulent documents; Has impersonated another person; Has abused verification services; Has attempted to circumvent verification controls; Has misused candidate information; Has violated VDOMN's Terms; or Has violated applicable law.

71.46. No Guarantee of Availability:- VDOMN does not guarantee that verification services will always be available or that every verification request can be completed. Verification may depend on external systems, databases, institutions, government services, employers and third-party providers.

71.48. Governing Law:- These Verification Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India.Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable VDOMN Terms & Conditions or agreement.

72.28. Payment Gateway Failure:- If payment is unsuccessful, the user should not assume that a subscription has been activated merely because the user's bank account shows a temporary debit.
